Cree UV Xlamp all gone

According to Cree they have no plans of making more currently. Seems strange to me as this is a popular led and had they made a public annoucment sales would have been brisk for the device.

Does anyone have a stash they wish to part with?

Same here - I missed the group buy and just want a single one to throw into a Dorcy AAA (with a DD LiIon,perhaps)

Interesting that they say they have not seen enough interest in it to go into massd production, and have not decided to go forward with a public announcment. It begs the question... How can you see much public interest without letting the public know about the product to begin with?
