R/O, White and an insane Royal Blue Q3 with pics!

The white Q3 is just a stock one. (unmodded)
The RO (G2G bin) is direct drive off a 3 volt lithium battery.
The Royal Blue (P4K bin) is powered by an r123 to even it up with the others in the pics.

The RO is 870 milliamps direct drive.
White is 900 milliamps with stock boost circuit.
Royal Blue is 950 milliamps with stock boost circuit and an R123 li-ion.


I switched the batteries around and;
The RB is 750 milliamps with a 3 volt lithium.
White is 950 milliamps with the R123 battery.
Brightnesses were affected accordingly with the switcheroo. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Pretty cool. Got the american flag theme going on.. Or take the red and blue in each hand and wave them around someone's window at night and they'll think they're about to get served a warrent!

What about the R123 in the R/O? I think it would be fine... The battery would probably give in before it drew too much. that is unless the voltage is super high on the R123... I know 3xNiMH AAA only puts ~ 1.3amps to my R/O and that's before it goes through the tailswitch (1ohm /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif )

So when are you gonna put 3 of those R/O luxIII in a mag??? hmm? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/poke2.gif
