Did SF z44 Bezel ever come with Lexan lens?

I did a search here on CPF and came up with a few sale threads. On almost all, the z44 was described as having a pyrex lens. But on one sale thread, it mentioned that the z44 being sold was lexan.

I thought the z44 only came with pyrex??

The Z44 has always featured a Pyrex window that I'm aware of - that's the whole point of it.

Thanks Al. I was pretty sure the z44 only came with pyrex. I have one on order and never bothered confirming that. I feel better now.
