Green's easier to see, but yellow's not bad - and I'm worried about how visible white would be, in the dark. If you do this, I definitely need to find a second.
And shouldn't this be in the Dealer's Corner?

If it will just be hanging from a lanyard ..... I'll stick with my Glowrings !!!

Green and/or blue are the neatest colours for glow effects in my opinion...for anything.
