Guilty on all counts. It looks like she could get up to 10 years, and he could get up to 13 years.

It doesn't look like it was worth it to me.

I hope the couple get the maximum sentence. As a "bonus," they should be forced to make restitution to Wendy's, even if it takes them the rest of their lives...

It was a pointed topic, and they got a double-digit sentence for presenting a single one. Glad the judge knuckled down, didn't wave a sentence and nailed them.

I had a bowl of thier chili a few weeks ago.
Thier chili isn't all that great to be honest.
I went back to the counter and got a large frosty to chase it down with.
