Getting a Peak repaired

What's the process? Bought it from another member. It has wiring issues I can't fix. It's a Kiliminjaro SS with red Led's. :thumbsup:

Calling Peak would probably be the best recourse at this point

I sent my Logan in over 2 months ago and I'm just getting the run around.
I'm ready to just call them and ask for my money back.

Peak usually builds their lights in batches, and the parts have to be hand-assembled. Taking apart a light, fixing it, and soldering/gluing/press-fitting it back together is twice the work. It takes some time to do all that, especially when there's only a couple people dedicated to the task. Peak is a division of a machining business, so most of the company's employees aren't building flashlights all day.

I sent back a defective light once and it took probably a month and a half to get a replacement, but they did send it to me. They do a lot more business than just making lights for CPF members, so it's not like they're sitting around playing cards waiting for one of us to call them.

Just keep calling them every few days so it doesn't fall off the table. It'll get done.
