I just ordered an Olight M20S-X from 4Sevens. Thank you for the CPF discount! The order hasn't even shipped yet.
Now comes the long wait.

I've been good and got myself out of CPF for about a year and bought 0 flashlights. This month I just wanted to pop my head in to see what's going on and next thing you know:

Bought a Mag XL100 for $10 at Target; they seem to be clearing them out in favor of the XL50. Wanted to play with the motion controls, I suppose.

Oh, MaSha, that's an awesome light. What're you going to do for the guts? And what head is that? I have a Pineapple that needs something better than an E2 head.

Had some opportunistic shopping at Target this month.

Found a Coleman 4AA 5x5mm LED lantern + 3AAA 1x5mm flashlight combo pack for 50% off. I wanted a lantern that could use my Duraloops and the flashlight was just a bonus. Normally, I don't notice 3AAA lights, but this one has a really long runtime, so it might be a useful emergency light.

Found a Maglite XL100 for 75% off ($10!!!). I was already interested in the XL200 and this seemed like a cheap way to try out the modes without forking over $40. Based on my experience so far with the XL100, I'll definitely purchase an XL200 if I see it on sale somewhere. Hell, maybe I'll even pay full price for it. We'll see.

I couldn't stop at 5 this month. I found out a friend is a Olight dealer so I picked up a couple of iTP A3's (black and red) and a M20-X (same as the M20S-X and the M20X-S... don't know why the different names). They all have the same specs. It has the perfect beam pattern for me. It's right in between spot and flood.

Am I the only one that's never seen a flashlight come in a carry case?

I gave up waiting for HDS to make more High CRI lights and bought one used on Marketplace. After a little struggle learning how to Enable Customization, I have the light set up the way I want. Now to live with it for a few weeks....

I just returned the Fenix E21 I picked up a couple of weeks ago because of a faulty tailswitch that turns the light off when it's touched (not pushed down). I wasn't too impressed with the quality. The LED was off-center and there were rings in the output. I hope other Fenix products aren't like this.

Anyway, I just ordered an EagleTac P20A2 MKII R5 to replace it .
