We are located just south of the Deer Valley airport in N. Phoenix. The address
is 519 W. Lone Cactus Dr. ste 202 thru 205. On the Google maps it is located as
R & C Mfg.

We stopped answering the phone because of the large number of complaints about
our currley fries and slow drive through window service.

I know Curt, your curly fries are usually a bit stale. I like em Crispy.

:p

It's too bad, talking to you has always been a pleasure, and very informative.

How should I correspond with you curt? You called me once but I missed the call and have tried calling and emailing with no luck.

I prefer my fries twisty...

Curt (or Robyn), do you still have time to to send out replacement o-rings and foam donuts?

Will you be supplying Bob with Delrin battery tube caps?

I will send some of the Delrin battery caps to Bob with my next shipment...

If you send me a SASE with a note of o-ring sizes and battery tube sizes you would like donuts for, I will take care of it.

Please keep in mind, yes this is our physical address, but it is NOT a store front...it is a manufacturing facility. If you are going to be in town and would like a tour ... please make an appointment, and no children please...it's just not safe. Thank you.

O-ring and foam donuts are sent out when you send a SASE and the
info as to what type you need. That also goes for windows and trim
rings and key rings.

Other parts such as battery tube caps and head diffusers can be ordered
from RMSK along with flashlights. If you only need a battery cap at $3.50
USD, you can order it from us directly.

This might not be any help, but maybe try a different order than curly fries. I hear they make a wonderful Cobb Salad!!! j/k

I'm avoiding fries right now, trying a low carb diet.

And rather depressed that curt has responded to this thread twice while not once addressing my actual problem.

So does this mean I can get a switch? I don't like being a jerk, but come on. Oh, and a switch that works?

I foresaw this issue and kept the receipt of the Postal Money Order. (Ordinary store grade money orders are not acceptable to me, they aren't "backed" quite the same way and forging them would be a federal offense.)

Serial Number: 181xxxxxxxx...Shall I be bothered to head down to the local U.S. Postal Service office and fill out the form checking if this has been cashed? Date: "2010-11-09" Post Office: "93xxx" Amount: "$10.00" Clerk: "000...looks like a 9."

And how would I schedule an appointment if we have a hard time getting ahold of y'all in the first place?

I'm not sure what he means by a "switch." These are Peak lights, which, of course, feature potted LE's and bodies with the "switch" incorporated into the butt end of the body. Is he looking for an entire body, or simply the screw in lug that creates the negative battery contact? And what flavor? Brass? SS? AL?

If I were icecube I'd call it a day. Life is to short for this type of aggravation. Take that light out of EDC rotation and move on to some other brand. Lesson learned.

It's too bad that Peak couldn't take care of your situation, but don't let it get you down. There are plenty of other good lights out there :).

Sounds that way. Maybe he can get his $10 back, if no one knows what part it could be... before he goes postal.
