If you go to Lowes, it's usually the l.e.d. mags that are on sale for $15 or $16, not the easily modded incandescent ones.

Last year my local Lowe's put the incans on sale too for around half their normal price. I hope they do it this year too.

Best Buy released their flyer at noon: Insignia 39" for $169, Insignia 24" for $79.

Sound bar, Blu-Ray player, and a replacement for a TV that lives in the basement (32-46"). Should be some serious TV deals this year.

Seriously just get a receiver and 2 speakers, most sound bars don't even decode dolby info.

Insignia ha... sooo damn cheap Panny almost goes under trying to get there Plasma's down to the $700 and $1000 price points.

Definitely going to pick up Grand Theft Auto 5, Batman Arkham Origins, and Assassins Creed 4 if they're on sale... If I see somewhere selling a Nitecore TM26 for a nice discount, I'm all over it also.

The TM26 is on sale at Illumination Supply for $195. Go to main page, coupon code is listed there. Not cheap, but a great deal, and you'll own one of the best lights ever! Seriously, if anyone has been waiting, now is the time!

For me, it depends. If it is bad context that makes it sound even worse or that makes it sound like truth in advertising, I'll avoid it. Here are some examples of sales that I'll avoid:
Ford dealership- Used car blowout sale.
All eyeglasses- half off
Fireworks, pet shop, dentistry, or medical services- Everything must go.
Matresses/Beds- Liquidation sale.

Wal-Mart is the only place I've seen thus far that will have GTAV on sale, and it's a "One Hour In Stock Guarantee," which means they will only have it for sure in the first hour after the doors open, so you'd have to go through the worst of the crush to get to it..

Costco is selling Sanyo Eneloop 8xAA, 4xAAA, and a 4 position charger for $19.99. Sounds like a good deal to me. Same thing is on Amazon right now for $49.99. I was thinking of picking up 2. I just bought brand new Nitecore SRT7 and P25 for $50 each due to a 50% coupon at thinkgeek. I saw the Tiny Monster deal, but I'm a noob. Still trying to figure out how not to blow myself up, so I will likely abstain from the Tiny Monster deal.
