    Instead of mounting on the lens, you might want to mount a nice stone on the case of the flashlight. Possibly a single stone on the side of the tip. You could also possibly mount multiple stones around the exterior of the case the way some watches have diamonds all around the bezel. I guess...

    Lights that are outdated yet you still want for "nostalgic" purposes?

    I've lot lights that are "more modern" - that throw farther and shine brighter, but this one (Arc 4+) is a classic that I still enjoy using. The fit, finish and feel are wonderful. I'll probably upgrade the emitter sooner than retiring it.
