Will a TL-3 bulb focus properly using a standard e2e head with this body?

Fillament of TL-3 bulb is lower than CL1499 and FM1794 therefore won't focus properly.
Purpose of these bodies are:
1- Accomodating stronger, more capacity rechargeable cells.
2- Built in bi-pin socket.
3- Possibility of much higher power bulbs up to 1000 L
4- Possiblity of tail side loading cells just like many other flashlight which genuine $urefire E bodies are not capable.
