I started to post this in General flashlight discussion...but Alephs are anything but "general" :)

I hope it's okay here.

My meager, yet growing, collection of Aleph goodies...

Yepp, greqt pieces there ... and sad they will be history soon.

Of course it is perfectly alright to post this here ... this is the Aleph home forum ... :D ... other applicable fora would be: collecting, LED, ...

Never.....as long as drivers are available, men with lathes will keep this series alive. The 'PD' might be the flavour of the month now, but the Aleph was .........well you know better than most <g>

The E series is a great and strong foundation and it isn't close to being over yet! :nana:

I'm glad to hear that plick, cuz I have had a lot of personal enjoyment/fun with the stuff!
And the horse you rode in on! :nana: (Hope the move is going well! I totally HATE moving, and have one more to go in ~5 years.)

Past my bedtime!

I still love the beam of my Aleph 1/Wiz2 1000/TXOH

Its U-bin bright and has exceptional throw for the size of the head which
can still be EDC'ed easily in a 1-cell form.

It lights up tree-tops about 200 metres away easily and still produces a nice,
even spill in addition.

I can remember staring at the thread to buy the rubbery alephs...this is before the addiction really kicked in....man, I could have had any of them...I was like, jesus pay how much? Now needless to say, the story would be different. Anyone remember the original going rate on those?

BTW Keep your eyes peeled on the Shoppe's website for some sweet Aleph pieces that might be coming up soon.

Oh, yes and that one IS gold, though it is not mine.
