I am in search of a THIN PCB for an XP series LED. I did an XP-G R4 swap into an E1b head using a ~15mm board that worked well. The issue was that it was too thick and did not allow for the head to come close to screwing down all the way. I am looking for board that it is .5mm-1mm thick if possible. The Shoppe had some that were the appropriate thickness but were only 8mm in diameter. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar issue and I just sanded the non emitter side down with sandpaper until I reached the thickness I needed. It took me around 20 minutes IIRC.

Funny you should suggest such a solution. That is what I did in the mean time to hold me over :). I just assumed there was another way. Thanks for the idea anyway.
