18650 A123 cells?

Does anyone have experience with these?

I'm finding a variety of listings:

K2 Energy at $7.99 for a 1250 mAH which appears to be in a cardboard jacket. http://store.peakbattery.com/lfp18650p-hi-power-rechareable-3.html

$11 for what looks like a shrink-wrapped 1100 mAH cells from http://www.battlepack.com/A123.asp

Anyone familiar with these, or others?

Hello Donn,

I am working the heck out of the A123 ones from Battlepack. They are holding up very well.

Here is the specification sheet on them.

I don't know anything about the K2 cells. Looking around their website has me curious about how accurate their capacity rating is on the R-CR123 600 mAh cells...

Thanks, Tom. I couldn't dig up any info on K2 or their products, so I ordered a bunch of the A123's.
