Hello Folks! :naughty:

Yesterday i received my new Toy vom Robert (Sabrewolf) :twothumbs :twothumbs :twothumbs

Many thanks for this wonderful mod, Robert!

The heatsink was bored out, also the reflector to fit the new SSC P7. As
you can see it the LED perfect centered.

The beam is much more floody now, but still with enuogh throw. This
is IMO much more useful to me, than the stock version. After all its
also more brighter than before...

Here some picures

and here some beamshots to compare...

1. Fenix P2D Q5
2. HDS U60 GT SSC P4 (U2-Bin)
3. MJ Mega Extreme SSC P7
4. Novatac SSC P7

and the novatac

Although the novatac seems to be brighter than the mega extreme, which is powers out 1500Ampere to the SSC P7, the novatac has a little more spill, as the mega extreme. But the mega extreme has more throw and a brighter spot,
because of the bigger reflector. :grin2:

I took some new Beamshots to show the difference in flood and throw
with the new Novatac SSC P7 to some of my other ligths...

The lights:
1. Fenix P2D Q5
2. HDS U60 GT SSC P4
3. Mega Extreme SSC P7
4. Novatac SSC P7

Enjoy it! :grin2:

IMO the beam is now much more floody and even much brighter than the
stock version of the novatac! :D

Cool mod, Toby! Great job Sabre!

Any donut or artifacts with that stock reflector?

Also, were the photos locked for exposure? I'm surprised the HDS looks so similar in output to the Mega Extreme...
