I email this ebay seller & this is what he said:
You're very observant! If I'm not mistaken I believe the head in the suitcase might have the diffuser on it. I will check with our product department. The flashlight will be approximately 13in as described in the specification chart. Does the head matter ... if it does, I'll get back to you on that with a precise answer.

Do not buy this light ! I repeat. Do not buy this light ! What I got was a Britestar with a head on it that had a little mill work to make it look different. But I bought a Britestar 24 Watt when they first came out so I knew exactly what I was looking at. When I brought this to the seller's attention he immediately offered to refund my money which he did. I am a trial lawyer and I made it very clear what would happen if he tried to take advantage of me.
I have not played with it to see if it was any brighter than my Britestar, but I did measure it and it's the same lenght as the Britestar-over 15 inches. The seller was nice enough after he found out what I did for a living and if you want a Britestar type light then I suppose you could buy one from him. To be fair he told me there had been a mistake and his goal was to make sure all of his customers were happy and he even offered to send me the "correct" light.
With the money I got back (and few more bucks) I bought the Polarian X1 that Litedisorder had up for sale the other day. No problems there. Take care when you buy from outside the CPF circle.
