I don't have a 4C Mag and need to know a couple of dimensions.
I'd appreciate anyone's help.

ID of battery tube?
ID of end cap at spring landing?
ID of end cap where the spare bulb would go?
Length from bottom of switch to the very bottom of the isdie of the tail cap?
What's the largest ID that the cap can be turned?

Thanks all.

Hi Jimmy,
battery tube ID 1.034
ID ofcap @ spring landing .900
ID of cap below spring .810
total inside lenght including installed cap 8.750 approx. caliper only reads to 6 inchs. measured with tape .

You could bore the end cap to .900 but it would remove spring shelf.
What are you up to?

Thanks for the info.
I'm looking at using a 4C body for 3 e-one Moli 26700 Lithium ion cells to run a 64625. It'll be a little under driven but it beats a Mag85 that requires a regulator to run on Li-Ions. It looks like the 26mm diameter cells won't fit into the tailcap. The length looks OK. I wonder how far I could have the tailcap bored before the integrity of the threads is compromised.

Outside diameter on tail cap where O'ring sits is 25.25mm
So, there is no way to accomodate 26mm cell inside tail cap.
3x70mm will fit in 3D but there is not enough room for spring.
