A few questions for my first mag mod

I have ordered parts after hours of research to build my first p7 mag.



Things I have or have ordered:

2D Maglite LED

P7 D BIN Emitter

P7 HAIII D Heatsink

Arctic Alumina Adhesive

Arctic Silver Ceramique Thermal Compound



Things I'm looking to order:

P7 Driver from Der Wichtel

Wire



What I need help with is choosing the best batteries for this, with minimal modification. I really am lost with this since I am still learning/confused about batteries. What is mAh and does it relate to the voltage a battery has? What is the difference between 2 batteries that are the same size, same voltage, but different mAh... and what should I be looking for?



Also, what type of wire should I be using for this and where can I get a small quantity of it?
