I've been lucky and have not had a problem with them. Now that they have raised their SureFire prices I probably will not order from them anymore because of the complaints I read about. My last order was for a Streamlight Scorpion as a gift for my dad and 20 Toshiba CR123A's for $20! Could pass those batteries up for $1 apiece!
