about to build tri-cree mag .. help plz

Hey guys, I'm thinking about building a tri-cree or ssc mag and was wondering if 3 of those drop-ins would be good or would it be better to just buy the optics, emitter, and driver? What I am thinking about is maybe 3 of these: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.3214 . How efficient are these or are there better ones or brighter ones available? I am just looking for something that is driving them at about 1A. Thanks

Three of them won't fit. You will need smaller reflectors to fit three in to the headof a maglite- max 20mm.
