It amazes me to see a neighborhood so well maintained. Here is like a wasteland.

Standards for Cali suburbs are pretty high, plus this is a gated community with a homeowner's association, so everyone's paying for an army of people to upkeep everything. Makes having a good camera worth it though..

I used to live in Sepulveda back in the 70s. I was sowing my wild oats by hopping trains all the way to LA from San Antonio Texas. Lived there for a few months, didn't like it and went back to SA.
