My old Centurian C3 had been missing in action for months now, but I knew it was somewhere around the house. Then, recently, when I was packing my stuff for a move, there were some boxes outside in the backyard that I went through. Sure enough, the Centurian was in one of those boxes. Those boxes were open to the sky, and had endured rain and sunlight for months. Pretty anything that was in those boxes were destroyed, except for the Surefire.
I turned the flashlight on, and even with the original batteries in them, it worked fine. Completely waterproof, and no sign of wear except for it being a little dust-covered.
I can say now I am impressed with Surefire's quality.
