Can anyone have fenix t1 with smooth reflector and bother to post a review and/or pics?

I have a fenix t1 with op reflector.
It's bright and nice light, but I ended up wondering that if I really need textured reflector for LED.
Smooth reflector will give better throw and there's still useful spill.
Led doesn't have holes or artifacts in its beam like incan. bulbs do which needs to be smoothed with textured reflector.
I'm thinking to ask 4sevens if he can exchange mine with one with smooth reflector. But I'd want to check how much it makes difference.
