Anybody familiar with the Gyros MAGNALite series?

Looks like it has 36 5mm LED. Don't know how they can get 1100lumens out of 36 5mm LEDs.

I don't know, but the numbers across their product lines seem pretty consistent. The 26 LED models (with Ni-Cd batteries) say that they have 800/840 lumens.

im not sure how over driven 5mms can go, but given a fenix E01 10lumens on the GS (AFAIK the brightest) thats 360lumens....

Does this look like a better product?

I was unsure of it because I couldn't find lumen ratings and because I don't know what kind of battery or LED it uses. I called PantherVision and they said that the LEDs put out 10,000 millicandelas each, but they were unsure about the battery or LED type.

I prefer the Gyros light because it is magnetic, has a Li-ion battery, and swivels. However, the quality/quantity of light is the most important thing to me...
