Anybody wanna modify my Elektrolumens FT-3C??.

Anyway I am looking for someone that can modify my FT-3C. I either want the seoul semiconductor, or the cree led. Anyone here able to do that?. If so how much would it run?. Please pm me if you can do it. Thanks...
