Wow, I remember when a 1 GB CF Card would require 800 dollars...

I just picked up a 4GB 150x AData SD card for my Canon A620 camera.

I'm not sure how they came up with 150x. The read speed I measured was about 1GB/minute (around 115x). Still, not too shabby! It didn't like the Lexar card reader so I switched to a SanDisk reader.
