Best 18650's for my Olight M30?

I have been using CR123's in my M30 and kinda want to switch to 18650's but I dont know which ones to buy. Any suggestions? BTW I already have an Ultrafire charger that I use to charge my 14500's in.

As reeso writes AW batteries has a good reputation. I am working on a comparison between different 18650 batteries and some other batteries also looks good.

Should I get protected?

Yes. LiIon must not be discharge to much, protection will help preventing that. Protection will also help against short circuit or a bad charger.
