What are the best batteries for an INCAN 5761 2D Maglite? I will be using fivemegas 6AA to 2D adapter. I was considering the Titanium 2700 mah but Im a NOOB and you guys no best. I want longest run time and a battery that can push out steady amps.

It all depends on your own preference!!

For extended runtime, you can also consider powerex 2700 nimh AA.

For intermittent use,May I suggest Sanyo ENELOOP LSD(Low Self Discharge)nimh AA cell with nominal capacity of 1900mah.

I use eneloop for my mag85,ROP Hi, ROP Low, as well as the 5761 using the m@g2D and FM 6aa > 2D just like you!!:poke:

I've been using Eneloops and RayoVacs Hybrids in my ROP's and Mag61 and both work great. One point of caution-the 5761 bulb is prone to instaflashing when you don't let the batteries rest for a few hours after charging. What I do is put the batteries in the freezer for 2 hours before using.
