Best Low Level 1 Cell Light to Drain Used 123A Primaries?

Folks, I have a few 2 cell lights I've been playing with and want a fairly inexpensive perhaps one level single cell light with low to moderate output which I can use to drain the last drop of juice out of the used cells. The only candidate I own is an older Fenix P1. What other lights would work? Thanks....Jeff.

Great idea. I think the Nitecore EX10 has to be added to this list as well. I've been using it as a vampire since I got it.
