Best prices on Eneloop/Hybrid NiMH?

I'm trying to get away from using disposable batts. In a household with too many electronics and lots of kids I go through them like water. I'd like to start building up a serious stock of long shelf life NiMH like the the Rayovac Hybrids or Eneloop.

Anyone know a source at a great price? I can get 4 AA Hybrids at WM for $8.99. Is that as good as it gets?

HHGregg carries eneloop 4-Packs for $7.99 (AAA) and $9.99 (AA) This is in-store only.

If you get lucky some of the hhgregg stores mark the AAA's at 6.99 and AA's at 7.99. But I think the ones near me are out of stock now because I have them all
