Best rechargable 123 battery and charger?

Hi to everyone at CPF! I have been a member here for a while but I have only made a few posts. Most of the time I can find out what I need to know by reading everyone else's posts.
I pre-ordered a Ti Quark 123 last week from 4Sevens. Waiting a month or longer to get it will be hard but a man's got to do what a man's got to do.
I have been reading about RCR123 batteries. What do you guys think would be the best ones to get for my Quark 123? Who makes the best chargers and where can I purchase one at a good price? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

The best charger -- besides those very bulky and expensive professional R/C hobby chargers-- is the Pila IBC.
