Hi people, wondering if this would make a good battery pack for a home-made p7 light using a taskled driver.

anyways this thing is pretty cheap as a surplus item, any thoughts about hacking it up with eneloops? etc..

I've got a half-dozen of those, but their claim to fame is the built-in inverter -- if you're not using that it's just a waste of space, I'd think there must be some other similarly cheap packs without it.

And I think I saw somewhere on here where someone did replace them with Eneloops...
