Bosch 36V Lithium Ion - What cells are in there?

I'd like to know because I saw a Pack for sale on fleabay for ~ 99.00 I'm wondering if the cells are comparable to the Dewalt 36v (A123 - 10 cells) and the Milwaukee V28 (emoli - 7 cells)
