I noticed at walmart today they had brinkmann cree LED rechargeable power outage lights. I couldn't tell but it looked like perhaps an XP-E emitter in them mounted with no optic/reflector just a flood light. There were 2 models one was I think $10 and the other about $12-$13. There is a slide switch on them for low/off/high mode too. Both lights claim 6 hour runtime. I didn't check much farther into them as I was only mildly interested.

they were in the section of lamp parts not with the night lights. I am still trying to figure out the new walmart layouts here they are updating all the stores at once here so things are crazy now trying to find stuff in some areas.
At the particular store they were essentially on the same wall of the giant screen tv sets to the right of them.
