Oh man! I accidentally droped my TL-2 LED from 50 ft. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/icon15.gif It landed on a hard concrete surface. Lens broke. Light not working now. No beam. I think the circuit is damaged.

Is that a Streamlight? If so why dont you return it to Streamlight and tell em what happened. You probly can even lie a little and say you threw it down hard. (kidding but not too much of a stretch) I am told that they will repair or replace it free, but you should ask first to see if they require a shipping fee. I guess they figure that you bought it for life, so if it fails, even if it was your fault, they stand by their products. At least thats what I've been told. Cant hurt to try. They dont really loose. Because they can use the info you give to become part of a data base on how ruff it can be treated. Also by helping you out - they gain you as a life long customer. Wouldnt you come back for more of their stuff? I would. I have several new lights of theirs that I need to get.
