Thanks for your offer, but I need to test the cells in a 1-cell configuration (3.7V lamp) before I figure out which ones have dropped, and by how much. I don't think it's a defect in the cell(s); I think it's just that the Wolf Eyes CH_02 and DH-02 chargers are hard on the cells. Wolf Eyes should make it a priority to come up with a multistage smart charger to catch up with Pila and Ultrafire.
Elsewhere, I've written about my 150A and 168A cells whose buttons have squished flat. The squishes may have occurred from using taller aftermarket lamps (P91 with spring and RICO Alpha 9). I've had to retire two of those cells but I still have them and will send them to you to study if I do return the "diminished capacity" cells.
