I have the Jil-CR@ 1.3W light serial # 0140 and I LOVE this thing!
A few questions for you-
What has been changed from this light to the others that are for sale now?
What "options" are there for this light (i.e. kroll switch, extensions, upgrades in the guts, board, etc?)
If I wanted to find another light like this one...what would you suggest? I use this as my edc pocket light and have thought about having another just because they are so awesome! I use this at the office, or around the hosue to look in corners, etc. I carry some "heavier duty" lights in my BOB that could incorporate more of a bright ligth and onger throw.
I jhave also thought about getting something small like this for my wife to carry in her purse.
Not being a "light knowledgable" kid of guy, the tech-speak that sometimes surrounds lights often eludes me, so keep it stupid for me. Imagine you were explaining it to my wife (just don't tell HER I said that!)
