What type of controller would I use for this?
It's goes like this.
(B)
(G)
(R)
(-)
It's 12V DC

The common connection appears to be -ve so the driver to R,G,B needs to "source" current, not "sink" current. I don't know specifics of which drivers (brand, model) can do this. Cheap 5v ones I have been working with are opposite (+ common).

You will need driver which can supply enough current on each channel, for device you are driving. BTW what specifically is this device, RGB LED strip?

sounds like a led strip, I would imagine an RGB LED strip controller would do

Yes but there are different types. Some use power/data interface for serial daisy-chain LEDs. OP's looks like direct drive to each LED colour; and there is the drive polarity I mentioned. Web search shows hundreds of different ones.

Perhaps OP can give us a few more details. RGB controllers I see online are mostly (R G B +) not (R G B -) configuration so would not work.
