Just like flashlights, I think most CPFers probably have multiple battery chargers, so, spill your guts -- which chargers are in your collection? Which do you use? Which could you do without?

Just arrived today:
Maha C9000
Maha 800S

In the collection:
2x Energizer 15 min charger
1x Energizer "compact" charger

Around & collecting dust:
1x Energizer 30 min charger
2x Ray-o-Vac 1hr chargers (both not functioning properly, probably pitching soon)

'still have more flashlights than battery chargers 'though.

I have a one-hour AA/AAA charger that started misbehaving. So I bought at a discount a half-hour charger, but I never trusted it and used it very little.
At the same time I hacked together a LiIon charger out of a RCR123 charger I got on eBay.
In the end I decided I wasn't happy with all of that and ditched the whole lot. I replaced them with a Hyperion 5i AC/DC universal charger that can charge everything.

In order of most used to least

808M - Most used charger, snap n' go.

C9000 - Second most used, test new batteries, additional charging if 808M is full (yes it's happened before).

BC-900 - @work, wireless keyboard/mouse eat batteries like m&m's

Digital Concepts 4AA AC/DC travel charger - in laptop bag for travel charging

Rayovac PS3 - Rarely used, kept incase I need to jump start a cell

Rayovac PS1 - Never used, kept for nostalgia, I think @ 200 mah it misses termination on modern cells.

Not too many actually...

Sanyo Eneloop "ready2go" charger for AA & AAA cells

Ultrafire WF-139 charger for 17670/18650/RCR123 etc

Power Plus charger for 3V RCR 123's.

Got my eye on the new Barbolight charger that is in the works, looks like it will be an excellent quality charger...wouldn't mind one of the Energizer 15 minute chargers for convenience either, my Sanyo one takes hours.

CFU

C9000
BC900
LP4000KN
MT6204
KCR-P04AA
The rest have been sold out or given away.

My most used is MAHA C808M, very happy with this one
Second C-9000, well worth a buy

For Li-Ion:
Ultrafire WF-139, ok for my needs
DSD, doesn't use it so much now
Nano AAA, ok i guess

Hardly never used:
Vanson BC-1HU, AAA + AA + C + D + 9 V, doesn't need it much now, only to 9 volt cells
Ccrane, AAA + AA + C + D, my friend borrow it
Vanson V-6000, 4 AA + AAA cells, in car now, cells gets hot
GP 14 hour charger 4 AA + AAA
Connoc KCR-0328, AAA + AA + C + D, bought this to break in cells before i purchased C- 9000, a slow, dumb charger.

3 different 12 V car battery chargers

Test equipment:
CBAII
Ansmann Energy-check LCD
a couple of DMM:s

I need a good multi charger, Schulze or Triton or Hyperion or something:duh2:

Ups, i 'm an battery-addict

Update: Bantam BC-6

I used a

Ultrafire WF 139 for 14500 and 123 cells

and a

Nano charger for 10440 cells.

Now I build a charger with a robbe lipoly 300 charger with the Ultrafire and the Nano charger as a bay for the cells. Thanks to Hiltihome for the tipps.

Interesting thread... :)

I have a lot of chargers. I use some more than others, and keep some in standby. In the house I just ran a quick check and I have around 40 chargers.

Of these, 10 are currently being used:

Schulze isl 6-330d/RS
C-9000
C-808M
Pila IBC
SureFire charger for the B90 battery
TigerLight
TigerLight high voltage
Energizer 15 minute
Titanium TG 3000
Vanson BC-1HU

The other 30 are spares or special use chargers.

I have others in long term storage (i.e. the junk pile :) ) in the garage.

I think I have more lights than chargers, but I may have to get a couple of more lights just to make sure...

Maha C-9000 A great analyzer that runs on 220/110/12V
Accumanager 20 AAA/AA/c/D/9V charger that charges everything the family uses. Still kicks butt after 5 years with no problems whatsoever
LaCrosse BC900 A little flaky but it works well as long as you pay attention
Maha MH-401FS Decent charger but can trash "crap cells"

The first two chargers is all I need but the C-9000 is the one I take overseas. :)

I have a C9000 Very nice charger. I like the capacity meter I wish they made one for D cells with all the features found in the C9000

Maha MH-C204F The old 2x2 4cell charger. I guess it'd still be good to discharge batteries as the bright LED's let you know when the discharge cycle is over.

LaCrosse BC900 Ambitious design but poor execution using the old small charger footprint. Needs a bigger boat, better power supply, and a few other technical upgrades. Good for hours of fun adding various modifications. Oh, should give them their props for a great LCD display. You can read the values for each battery at the same time.

Maha MH-C808M Nice charger if you can live without all the technical readouts of the C9000. Does 8 batteries at a time and doesn't cook your cells. LCD Display is a little flakey but not a deal killer.

Sanyo NC-MONO5 "eneloop" battery charger that came with the Costco combo pack. Haven't tried it but kept it because it has the little folding AC plug and sliding cover design and might come in handy for traveling.
