You guys are a bad influence. I don't know if my wallet will ever be the same.
I have decided to build a 2C ROP, I have sourced all the parts. I plan on using the AW C Cell lithiums. I found the LiteMania single C cell charger that is made for this battery. I then found this charger for 2 series LiFePO4 cells

this, along with a cheap C cell battery holder would allow charging the batteries simultaneously, however it seems the cut off voltage of this charger is about .8 volts below the pair of AW C cells.
questions: since this would leave the batteries about .4 V/cell below topped up I assume it would just effect the capacity and be a little easier on the bulb. Is there anything I am missing that would make this charger a bad idea?
I am a flashlight newbie but learning so much here. I am nowhere close to an EE but I do know which end of a solder iron to hold. You don't need to go easy on me.
Thanks for your time.
Dave
