Charging different size/unvenly discharged batts

Is it safe to charge an 18650 and a 17670 at the same time in a Pila IBC charger?

I always charge/discharge the pairs from my M3, M3T, and M4 evenly.

But as far as the single 18650s and 17670s from my smaller lights, which are used/discharged at different rates, can I charge them at the same time?

Not being familiar with the IBC charger, I will give a general answer: If the charger has multiple channels, then you can charge cells with different capacities simultaneously. If the charger does not have multiple channels (i.e. requires charging two cells at a time), then DO NOT charge cells with different capacities.
