Recently acquired this. Found the Duo-LITE from California mentioned briefly in another thread on CPF but no pictures. Very beautifully made light. 2x AA

Very cool, first one I've seen. Hard to tell by your photo, is there a tailcap switch and/or twist head to changing modes

Either those exact lights or a nearly 1:1 version were also sold branded as Duracell. Not sure if those examples are more common or not.

I wonder why there aren't more lights like this.? It seems well suited towards camping.
