I must say, I am starting to get pretty excited about this bizarre little thing. Caught myself thinking of what -else- could be added to it to make it even more multifunctional. All that aside, though, maybe tomorrow (well, later today, that is) I'll have half an hour to sit down and plan my options and tritium placement (wonder if there are enough tritium vials to fill every slot?)

I also have to figure out how to calculate the deposit I owe so I can pay for it...

The prototype money clip/ belt clip should be ready for pictures next week.
It will resemble the HDS/Novatac Clips, But much wider to accommodate

I was wondering how wide the clip might have to be, and thought perhaps *two* of McGizmo's universal titanium clips might work (side by side) ?

It is the top in this picture from the Shoppe:

Although I'm not sure if a COTS solution would make the project easier, just thought I'd toss the idea out there.

You know, I would like to know why you're charging us $50 to not polish/bead blast the machining marks out. If you say 'cash grab' I'll respect that (especially in the shitty economy), hell, I'll respect anything that's a straight answer. (Edit: Straight answer provided; I thought the finish was the tool marks not being sanded off. Instead, they're applied with a grinder, requiring a good bit of machining. My bad.) Unfortunately, cool as this thing is, getting a Milky custom Roomsweeper is about half the price right now - which makes me really sad, because this thing is unbearably cool.

Edit: which finish would most closely match the Macbook Pro? Will satin aluminum ever be an option?

The "Machining Marks" are part of the look. It takes alot of work to pull that finish off :)
No Cash Grab here my friend. And each light has a very unique finish. It even has a very
nice feel to it. Kind of like an old wornout guardrail. It sounds bad, But you have to "Feel"
it to believe it. I can Closely match the macbook finish on the Aluminum version when i
start that sale up.
