C li-ion batteries have been charged 5 times max and include a small water hose to fit side-to-side rattle and an alu extension to reach contact inside the flashlight.

yes int. shipping prices from Europe are outrageous. So I compensated it a bit in the price for the flashlight.

I have no clue about runtimes, never measured, and never had the light on from freshly charged batteries till the light dimmed. Hardly used it switched on 100%. Mostly 30% gave me enough light, but it's fun to have the 100% available.
