COB is a type aka like a pickup truck or hatchback car

XP-L is a specific LED model from Cree aka Ford Mustang, BMW Z4

V6 is the brightness bin (most likely) - aka like the trim spec of a car

XHP70.2 is also a model like the XP-L just a different model aka Chevy Tahoe

The 0.2 bit in the XHP70 title means is is the 2nd gen of the XHP70 but this naming is not universal, even amongst Cree LEDs, so just take it as being the model name.
