Anodizing is budget Quality. Not bad but not up to standard for sure. I do find every USA anodizing to be superior to China's best.
More than make sense. We get so MUCH with budget lights..They are very close to premium lights for a lot less. But that's how everything is in life. We gotta pay a lot more for just a bit upgrade in quality at the top end.

Question: with the 4X18Avn, other than DL and VNX2 are there any other mods you do to them?
The light seems to be about the sweet spot for size and throw/output, maybe better than the MK37 and K30GT? well I ordered one anyway ( this version https://skylumen.com/collections/v54-lights/products/convoy-4x18avn-4-18650-compact-searchlight ) was just curious as to what else you do to it as you don't really say much about them..... do you not like them.
