Correct name for this surefire tailcap and switch?

I'm looking for this vintage tailcap and switch for an old 6p light. I believe I found the correct name (u07) but I'm not 100% sure. I found the thread here explaining the nomenclature for the tailcaps, and that helped me get to this point.
