Cree drop in for Mag?

Is there a Cree based drop in for D-cell mags that retains the focus ability of the head?

To be honest, I'm not quite sure myself. I seem to remember reading about terralux releasing one, but that's all. I know there are a whole host of SSC based drop-ins though and they will take better advantage of the maglites reflector then a cree would.

Sign up for his mailing list, he sends out emails when he gets more in stock. He's doing it full time now so he has more available more often. Xmas has kinda cleaned em out. I've tried a few different maglite led's and his is by far the best imo. Terralux also sells some that drop in, but I don't like them as much. The Cree LEDs don't perform well in the maglite reflector. I build a module already and the hotspot was small and dim.
