DC stepup for LED-Lamp

I`m newbee hier, but i must say, this is great forum!

I need a some help!
I need a curciut diagram for a build a LED lamp, (Ostar from Osram).

Input is 12V (only 12 not more!), output musst be a 24V - 1000mA.

It musst be round and not biger as 18mm diameter. (for a pipes with 18mm diametr)....
And at woulg be used with bateeries with 20A Accupack...
