Deft vs next best thing out there

I was wondering what a great thrower that's close to a deft without the price tag
it can be led or HId I'm not fussed
is it a thrunite tn40 as I have been off the scene for 18 months I am
green again lol

Thrunite TN42 is the current longest throwing reflector light as far as I know. It won't cost as much as the TN40 either because it's only 1 led.

I am interested in HID, but they come with a price tag, along with killer throw and power specs.
